The Pirates are doing their best impression of the Bad News Bears this inning.

Bench clearing row as Fatty Vogelbach gets nailed at plate by Suzuki. Followed up the Pirates first baseman getting pulled off the bag, then Happ pops up to shortstop who fails to catch it nor throw it to second base for force. Then Suzuki clears bases with a double. Comical with no outs in bottom of 4th and Cubs up 3-0

It’s funny that since all these injuries have piled up the Cubs have played much better for some reason.

Christopher Morel in his first MLB at bat parks one on to Waveland Ave. Called up directly from AA ball. That’s a nice story. Just destroys the pitch.
