House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has decided not to have the Justice Department investigate 2005 remarks to Congress regarding performance enhancing drugs.

Sammy dodges a bullet but he probably already knew this as perjury has a 5 year statue of limitations which expired in March.

Hopefully, the government can stop hassling foreigners and immigrants and assist in solving real problems in the US, like that lying, cheating Roger Clemens. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif[/img]
