Apparently I do have the ability to edit selections now, but I'm not sure that it's fair to go back and change them after the deadline has passed and everyone elses keeper selections have been posted.

I don't have any problem with it. Those guys are gonna have 3 draft picks before I pick anyway, if it doesn't get changed. So not gonna make much of a difference.

I don't really like the idea of even being able to leave any off. You, easily, could end up with a much better starting 3, than what you had as keepers. It completely defeats the little advantage received for having a bad season last year.
I think everyone should be forced to take their 3 keepers.
Also, CC - make sure to send out an email reminding everyone again and to have every test their system for the draft. There's a link on the team page to test beforehand.

I tested my system last season, and it passed. The gaffe was entirely on ESPN, as there was no way of knowing that there would be problems.

Since you have the 2nd overall pick, not much other than Clapp or Chitown could take one of the guys after you pick in the first couple rounds. Let me know which 3 you want to keep and I can set them, otherwise you can pick 3 from the pool of available players.
