I played high school ball but quit to run track( we couldn't do both) because I was pretty fast. I received some letters from small schools for track. However I still played Legion ball in the summer and still started even though I didn't play school ball after my freshman year. After baseball I played several years at shortstop for a damn good mens fastpitch softball team. These days I play slowpitch and play just about anywhere.
