Tron 2 - vegascub - 05-08-2009 Interesting. I didn't know they were doing a sequel. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TR2N Tron 2 - vegascub - 12-05-2010 The computer-generated young version of Jeff Bridges looks freaky. Looking forward to seeing this movie, and checking out the Daft Punk score this week. Tron 2 - jstraw - 12-05-2010 The original was great and terrible and I saw it on opening day. I'm going to see this with low expectations and expect to have a good time. I'm a little diappointed that David Warner isn't reprising the role of Sark. I hear they make a cameo too. Tron 2 - rok - 12-05-2010 I thought the score leaked a while ago somewhere, and so far it's gotten pretty good reviews. I wanna see this as well, but to this day I still can't make heads or tails of the original. Tron 2 - funkster - 12-05-2010 I don't I have ever actually seen the first one. That and Dune are the two 80's movies I never saw as a kid. That and Dune are the two 80's movies I never saw as a kid. I recently re-watched Dune because I love Lynch and after hating it as a kid, I wanted to give it another try as an adult. I have to say I really enjoyed it, but mostly in a "so bad that it's good" kind of way, not in an "under-appreciated cult classic" kind of way. It's so different from the typical Lynch film in that it tries so hard to be a flashy Hollywood sci-fi epic, but then it's peppered with a weird scene or two and some off-the-wall imagery and dialogue, that it is totally out of place, and the end result is a legendary mess. I still managed to appreciate its awfulness though. Tron 2 - Mikey - 12-05-2010 I want to see this. In 3D. This is the first movie I want to see in 3D. Tron 2 - phan - 12-06-2010 I really liked the original as a kid...i don't know if i know what it was really about though. i just liked the hi-tech shit. Tron 2 - veryzer - 12-07-2010 I'd rather watch gay porn than this shit. Tron 2 - jstraw - 12-07-2010 QUOTE (veryzer @ Dec 7 2010, 07:35 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>I'd rather watch gay porn than this shit. Dude...this is gay porn. Tron 2 - rok - 12-07-2010 I'll watch pretty much anything with Jeff Bridges in it, unless it's some corny love story. Plus, my lady friend wants to go see it. Tron 2 - Jody - 12-07-2010 You mean your "special lady"? Tron 2 - rok - 12-07-2010 QUOTE (Jody @ Dec 7 2010, 08:56 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>You mean your "special lady"? Perhaps... Tron 2 - Jody - 12-07-2010 "She's not my special lady, she's my fucking lady friend. I'm just helping her conceive, man!" |
