In the wild card era (since 1995) no team has ever won the world series while winning 11 games in a row* during regular season.

A win today and the season is over.

When does Kid start doing his magic number count down with Cubs players? Or does he have something better in store of us this season?

He really is thriving in the 5 spot. Impressive to watch him grow.

He had 108 RBI in 1894.

I guess that makes him the 4th. Roy Smalley in 1950 had 85 RBI as the teams only SS.
