New deal provides up to 5 football games at Wrigley to Northwestern University over the course of several years with the first game commencing as early as 2014.
In addition, Wrigley maybe used for college baseball and lacrosse.
Hopefully, they'll configure the field so offenses can drive in both directions this time. The Wildcat - Illini game in 2010 was silly but still a fun event.

I was at the Illini game, and it was a complete blast.

Apparently the Cubs will be able to use Northwestern's player facilities as well. Amazing how quickly this team is finally becoming a modern organization. Love it.
Imagine a bowl game at Wrigley?

It wouldn't happen, but I wonder if they could possibly consider hosting a Bears game there. It could be a Monday or Sunday night game against the Packers with throwback uniforms... fuck that would be cool as hell

Bears game at Wrigley would be outstanding but can't see it happening unless a problem developed at Soldiers. Believe that capacity at Soldiers is something like 61,000 vs Wrigley's 41,000 (for baseball) presents largest concern. Plus sight lines kind of suck for football.
