Both Pearl Jam and the Cubs are teasing the possibility pretty hard this morning.

And I am tickled pink.

Not a fan, but it's better than another country concert, by a mile,

Now if the Pumpkins did one......

Maybe this year they'll put down a tarp or something.

Tarp didn't help for the Roger Water's The Wall shows. It was a massive stage that traversed left to right field and left that lovely burned out grass in its path. Was one hell of a cool show. Seats were within a few yards of second base in center field.

I am the biggest Pearl Jam fan ever but I think they are shit playing in stadiums. I saw them a couple of years back at a 40,000 seat stadium in Sydney and it was average compared to previous concerts.

Really? I saw them at the United Center 6-7 years ago and I thought they put on a great show. I too am I huge PJ fan, but I don't see myself going out of my for this concert. I guess I'm just getting old.

However, I really want to see The Wall next year (assuming Waters will perform there again).

Might have been just the stadium (Sydney Football Stadium), but the sound was really bad. Add in the fact it was a 105F summers day and all in all it was average. Ben Harper who opened was good though.
