The world's largest media conglomerate just got bigger, and it'll mean more Star Wars...

If this means more Star Wars movies then hells yea. I really, really want to see the Revan story play out on the big screen. That would be titties. Unfortunately, it looks like they will be doing what happens after Return of the Jedi...which could be cool...but the Vadar/Skywalker storyline already has 6 movies devoted to it.

An ABC Star Wars spinoff can't be far away. Not sure how I feel about that.

It could be the greatest thing ever or the worst thing ever. No way to predict it, but it might be too much of a risk for them to attempt it.

Maybe MNF will now have a dancing robotic c-3po to best Fox's "Cleatus".

Just as long as Lucas doesn't write and direct the next Star Wars. Think I have had enough of Accounting in Space.

Sounded like he was done with it to me...maybe just in an advisory role.

Lucas is giving all 4 billion to charity. I can't say another bad thing about him as long as I live.

Apparently Alfonso Cuaron is one of the names that's making the rounds in the rumor mills. I would like to see that film.

Sounds like they've officially chosen Michael Arndt of Toy Story 3/Little Miss Sunshine fame to write the screenplay:

I'm ashamed to admit that I used to watch The Clone Wars cartoon series (Cartoon Network) when nobody was around to get my Star Wars fix. So if ABC comes out with something....I'll be watching it.
